For the life of me, I could not take a good picture with Chanel Extrait de Gloss in Emoi ($32) this morning time, gah! I don't know what happened… Maybe information technology was only the Friday crazies, but whatsoever it was, I looked either shocked or constipated in every single shot.

But I did learn a valuable lesson about Chanel Emoi during this practice in photographic futility: no thing what else might be happening, when you clothing this shimmery berry gloss, at least your lips volition look dignified.

Emoi's one of nine permanent members of the Extrait de Gloss line, a recently released line of non-sticky, unscented and unflavored lipglosses designed for high shine and long wear (most iv hours). Information technology's the third one of the colors I've tried, and simply like the other 2, Insolence and Imaginaire, its pigmentation is off the frickin' chain!

While Tyra and Tabs may have been disappointed in my disability to WERK It this forenoon, I gotta say — it's so nice to find a berry gloss that looks great no affair what.

A 24-hour interval with the girls

Happy Fri, boo! It looks similar we fabricated it. 🙂 Every bit of today, I am officially WAY behind on my Christmas shopping, LOL!

I'm heading into the city this afternoon to see my very good friend Cindy. It's her altogether today. Cindy, Jen and I accept known each other since the dawn of time (aka childhood), and we're going to meet at — hold onto your seats! — SF's Academy of Sciences (y'all know, where they have exhibits of the planets, dinosaur skeletons and gigantic jungle bio-domes).

Then, after getting our science on, per the birthday girl'due south asking, we're heading out to some restaurant across the Bay in Oakland, which Cindy describes equally "fried chicken nirvana." I'k not much into the fried chicken role of that phrase, but the nirvana part sounds great!
